Las Vegas missionaries found "not guilty" of trespassing at Las Vegas abortion chamber

The "Birth Control Care Center" on East Sahara Avenue boasts of being the "oldest and most trusted" abortion chamber in Las Vegas.

After a court ordeal which lasted over a year, Keith Mason and Nathaniel Enyart were both found not guilty of trespassing at a Las Vegas abortion center. Expressing appreciation for the prayer request sent out by LifeSavers Ministries, Mason said "I really think it was because of prayer that I'm not in jail right now."

The judge handed down a "Not Guilty" verdict for Enyart shortly after their attorney's closing arguments on July 28. But he maintained that he had several matters to review and could not finish his verdict until the close of a two-hour lunch break. "Needless to say, I was definitely not hungry!" Mason said.

When Mason arrived back at the courthouse, he was stunned to hear the judge say "I want to throw your butt in jail!" But in spite of the judge's desires, he could not convict Mason because the videotape showed that he was standing five feet from the property line, and the citation stated the wrong address.

"God has confounded the enemy with the small things, and used your prayers for another pro-life victory,” Mason commented. “Each battle truly belongs to the Lord, and all praise to Him for delivering us from our adversaries.”

Please continue to pray that Las Vegas Christians will be motivated to intercede up for the children outside this killing center (and all of the eight major killing centers in their community).
