Stand for the Children impacts women
On Sunday afternoon, January 19, about 100
Christians lined the downtown streets to "Stand for the
Children," holding signs speaking of the value of
children and offering help to pregnant women.
Some of those who held signs were women who had
experienced abortions, and who have surrendered their
guilt and pain to Christ.
One woman who walked by had just been released
from the nearby hospital. As she saw the field of white
crosses outside the LifeHouse, she became overcome
with grief from her own abortion. Cindi Wade noticed
her reaction, and through an intense prayer time helped
her to receive God's healing.
